The EFR Model: A commitment to wellness and work-life balance

Since 2021 we have been an EFR company, which means that we are endorsed by an external entity, in this case, the MásFamilia Foundation, as a company that is committed to the work-life balance of all the people who are part of the company.

The EFR model is based on the implementation of policies and practices that favor harmony between work and personal life, promoting a healthier and more productive work environment.

The principles of the EFR model (flexibility, personal and professional development, equal opportunities, and family support) guarantee a series of benefits for the teams, such as:

  • Better work-life balance: through telecommuting policies, flexible hours, and reduced working hours, being able to better attend to their responsibilities.
