Miguel Fernández specialises in the intersection between technology and business. From his beginnings, in fact, he has always sought to find out which technology could be used to drive a solution for any type of business. On the strength of this and work experience at Ernst & Young, ITP and Gartner Group, he set up Innovation Strategies in 1997.
He is also associate partner with one of the world’s most renowned strategy consultants, Kearney, in the Digital Transformation Practice area.
Joan Miquel Padilla is General Manager of Innovation Strategies and head of digital transformation projects, data and R+D across all industries (retail, travel, consumer and goods, financial services and health).
He has over 15 years’ experience in technology projects, and has headed up more than 100 projects in EMEA, Asia, the US, LATAM and the Middle East for a number of Fortune 500 companies and other businesses leading their respective markets.
Miguel Ángel Castañeda has more than 15 years’ experience in project management, IT infrastructure solutions and the design of large, complex hybrid native platforms, and also cloud experience, focusing on high performance, security and scalability.
At Innovation Strategies he devises medium/long-term strategies to consolidate relations, develop human capital and carry through the company’s commercial strategy.
Alberto Domínguez has over 12 years’ experience in CAPEX and OPEX projects defined by the ITIL methodology (Incident Management, CSI, Assets & Configuration Management, QA etc.), in addition to project management in the tourism sector.
At Innovation Strategies he is responsible for the services provided for one of the world’s largest hotel chains. His main task is to control and monitor customer services, manage work teams, and oversee the strategic deployment of action plans.
