1. How did your career at Innovation Strategies begin?
I started my internship 15 years ago, and from the first day, I was welcomed by everyone and they showed me everything I know today.
2. What do you like most about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job are my colleagues, the opportunity to constantly learn and face new challenges.
3. What advice would you give to someone starting out in this position?
Not to be afraid to jump into the pool. Sometimes the greatest opportunities arise when we push ourselves out of our comfort zone.
4. What do you value most about working at this company?
What I value most about my job is the camaraderie, the opportunities that arise and knowing that there is always someone willing to lend a hand when I need it.
5. How has Innovation Strategies evolved since you started?
Although I appreciate the growth and progress we have experienced as a company, I miss those initial moments when we were a small team of only 20 people in the center of Palma. I miss that feeling of togetherness and team spirit that we had in those early days, which nowadays is more difficult to replicate as we are a larger company...
6. One word that defines the company.
Learning.
