Today we commemorate the tenth anniversary in Innovation Strategies of our colleague Joan Bonet. He, like many of the people who are part of the team, began his professional career in this company and has continued to grow professionally, taking on new challenges and learning continuously.
- How did you start your career at Innovation Strategies?
I joined the company as a very junior, especially in the tools and areas of the projects I was involved in. For me everything was new, but I had the support of many colleagues who did not hesitate to help me at all times.
- What do you like most about your job?
Solving the challenges that clients propose to us in the form of projects.
- What advice would you give to someone starting out in this position?
To forget about embarrassment. We have all started from scratch and have experienced those moments of not knowing what to do and thinking about a problem for fear of asking a colleague and looking like we don't know what we are doing. Collaboration is a key element of the profession, the sooner you master it the better for your professional development.
- What do you value most about working at this company?
The freedom I have to do things my way and knowing that my opinion always counts, both in my projects and in my working relationship with the company.
- How has Innovation Strategies evolved since you started?
The technology stack and our development methodologies have taken such a big leap in these 10 years that sometimes I feel like I've changed professions. And let's not even talk about what is to come once we integrate the use of Artificial Intelligence as a regular work tool.
- One word that defines the company.
Trust.
