20 Anniversary Vicenç
Vicenç Estades is the longest-serving employee at Innovation Strategies. He started his internship at our company 20 years ago and, since then, he has continued to grow, learn and train with us.
Today we want to recognise and thank Vicenç for all the years he has dedicated to us, his constant evolution and his capacity for transformation.
- How did your career at Innovation Strategies begin?
I joined as an intern and was assigned a computer called "Rosita".
- What do you like most about your job?
The satisfaction of seeing something you have created from nothing work.
- What advice would you give to someone starting out in this position?
To be brave and perseverant, not afraid to make mistakes and willing to learn from it.

The camaraderie and good atmosphere, and the tranquility and fun they generate.

It has progressed steadily and solidly, overcoming ups and downs, always moving forward...
