Balearic EFR companies join forces to promote measures in favour of their employees

Yesterday, at our headquarters, the Balearic companies holding the Family-Responsible Companies (EFR) seal gathered to strengthen our commitment to the well-being of our workers and promote responsible work practices.
During the meeting, we shared challenges and opportunities related to work-life balance, equality, professional development, and employee well-being. We also exchanged information about the measures and benefits most valued by our teams.
In short, it was an enriching day where we could learn and share the best practices carried out by EFR companies in the Balearic Islands.
From here, we want to greatly thank the collaboration of Laura Sánchez Pardos from Másfamilia Foundation, Lydia Torres Mir from Site5, Management Consulting, Jerónima Martín Rosselló from Mutua Balear, and Enrique Arce from Compensa Capital Humano. We hope to meet again very soon with everyone and with other Balearic companies that have decided to take the step of becoming EFR organizations.
