We have taken another step forward in our commitment to diversity and equality in favour of all the people who form part of Innovation Strategies by joining the Diversity Charter, a European standard that makes visible the commitment of organisations to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, to which more than 1,500 Spanish companies, including our Siemens colleagues, already adhere.
For Innovation Strategies, supporting this initiative means raising awareness of the principles of equal opportunities and respect for diversity, continuing to make progress in building a diverse workforce, promoting inclusion, and continuing to promote work-life balance measures, among other measures.
